Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or submitting an enquiry

Last updated: March 2026

Important: Debt Freedom Solutions is an introducer service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Debt Freedom Solutions is a trading name of [Company Name] Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [XXXXXXXX]), with registered office at [Registered Address].

References in these terms to "we", "us" or "our" mean [Company Name] Limited trading as Debt Freedom Solutions.

For questions about these terms, you can contact our compliance team at: compliance@debtfreedomsolutions.co.uk. For all other enquiries, please use our contact page.

2. What our service is (and is not)

Debt Freedom Solutions is an introducer and marketing service. This means:

  • We collect enquiries from people who may be looking for legal help with debt.
  • Where an enquiry appears suitable, we may pass the enquirer's details to one or more authorised and regulated legal partner firms.
  • The legal partner firm then contacts the enquirer independently to assess whether they can help.

We are not a law firm. We are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or any other legal regulatory body. We do not provide legal advice of any kind. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing we say to you constitutes a solicitor-client relationship.

Any legal services you receive will be provided by the independent legal partner firm you choose to instruct, under a separate agreement between you and that firm.

3. Using our website

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the website without our written permission.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the website for anyone who breaches these terms.

4. Submitting an enquiry

When you submit an enquiry through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are a UK resident.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You consent to us contacting you in relation to your enquiry.
  • You understand that submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on you, us, or any legal partner firm.

We do not charge you a fee for our introducer service. Any fees you pay will be charged by the legal partner firm you choose to instruct, under their separate terms.

5. Our legal partner firms

Our legal partner firms are independent businesses. They are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We are not responsible for the services, advice, conduct or outcomes provided by any legal partner firm.

If you choose to instruct a legal partner firm, your contract for legal services will be with that firm directly. Their own terms and conditions, client care letter, and engagement terms will apply. We recommend you read those documents carefully before instructing any firm.

Any fee cap, results guarantee, or other commitment described on this website relates to offers made by specific partner firms under their own terms. These are not commitments made by Debt Freedom Solutions. You should confirm all terms directly with the firm before proceeding.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that:

  • A legal partner firm will take on your case.
  • Any debt will be found to be unenforceable, reduced or written off.
  • Any particular legal or financial outcome will be achieved.

Debt challenge services are not suitable for everyone. Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts, documentation, and the law as it applies to your individual case. You should take independent financial and legal advice before making any decisions about managing your debts.

7. Our liability to you

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. The content is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all liability for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information on this website.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the services (or failure to provide services) by any legal partner firm.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with our introducer service shall not exceed £100.
